&lt;p&gt;I have two comments/questions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Should we not replace the GUIDs for guidStartupToolsetPkg and guidStartupToolsetCmdSet in the .vsct with the GUIDs in Guids.cs?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Where is the file Clock.bmp?&lt;/p&gt;
