Hungary can't compete neither in quantity nor in quality with India, China or CIS countries yet. In the case of India it's obviously only about quantity, but as for CIS countries it's quality, 'cause they have more fundamental educational system which pays big attention to theoretical part of software development. Hungary is somewhere halfway between those countries. :) We can hope for the best, but hope alone will never change anything unless someone will realize that we actually need to modify Hungarian education system.
