Silverlight Olympics

Being a WPF, Silverlight and User Experience blog, I must write about the www.nbcolympics.com project. This is the most ambitious Silverlight project ever (ok, so far), and I am very excited about it. On the other hand, being a Hungarian I am very disappointed. None of the videos (apart from the ads) are available outside the US. While I understand the legal reasons, I would love to show this to clients, prospects and just about anybody who is interested about what Silverlight is. But I can't. Please, please create a "demo version" that can be shown off to illustrate the power of Silverlight to the rest of the world!

If you are also outside the US, and want to see what you are missing, head to Channel10 and get some behind the scenes developer info from Channel9.

At Arstechnica, there is an article detailing some amazing numbers on how Silverlight spreads thanks
